First off, let us start by saying "Thanks" for stopping by to see what we're all about. Below, is some basic information about GeoCorps and what we stand for.
 GeoCorps' Definition :
GeoCorps is a group of people working together to explore our planet Earth and all that it has to offer, while respecting and preserving it.
GeoCorps' Motto :
"Freiraum ist unser Leben!" is a German phrase meaning "Free space is our life!"
GeoCorps' Mission Statement :
To provide an opportunity for everyone, regardless of age, race or occupation, to actively participate in outdoor activities and conservation projects.
GeoCorps' Objectives :
1) To promote active and healthy lifestyles;
2) To promote and provide an opportunity for nature appreciation and conservation of the natural environment;
3) To enable participants to achieve personal growth such as teamwork, leadership, communication, coordination and motivation;
4) To enable participants to plan, organize, fundraise and be actively involved in conservation projects;
5) To act as the bridge for people to meet, make new friends and to be involved in group outdoor activities.
GeoCorps' Scope :
1) Outdoor Activities: These should serve to exercise the body while relaxing the mind. General activities include (but are not limited to) trekking, climbing, rock-climbing, scuba-diving, kayaking, canoeing, white-water rafting, backpacking, traveling, etc.
2) Conservation Projects: These should be undertakings that educate the public on the importance of conservation of our natural environment. These conservation projects usually involve working with the local community and/or specific groups, such as school and church organizations.
